Core rule
Every listing, bid, offer, message, review, and content submission must be honest, lawful, and specific enough for another collector to make an informed decision.
Seller obligations
- Sell only items you own or are authorized to sell.
- Describe the exact item, including treatment, repair, damage, weight, dimensions, locality, provenance, certificates, and uncertainty.
- Upload clear media and choose the correct role for each file: single item, gallery photo, scale photo, 3D model, certificate, video, packaging, or other.
- Do not misrepresent synthetic, treated, dyed, repaired, assembled, imitation, or enhanced items.
- Ship on time, use tracked shipping where required, and cooperate with dispute review.
Buyer obligations
- Review photos, certificates, listing text, dimensions, shipping rules, taxes, and return/dispute windows before purchase.
- Pay only through approved platform flows when marketplace protection is expected.
- Do not abuse chargebacks, disputes, offers, reviews, or messaging.
- Report delivery issues, condition issues, or authenticity concerns promptly with photos and packaging evidence.
Prohibited or restricted items
Illegal minerals, stolen goods, protected natural/cultural heritage items, unsafe radioactive/asbestos/mercury-bearing materials without proper warning, misrepresented specimens, weapons, controlled goods, sanctions-restricted goods, and items that require licenses the seller does not hold may be removed or blocked.
Auctions and offers
Bids and accepted offers are commitments to buy. Shill bidding, bid manipulation, fake scarcity, off-platform payment pressure, and coordinated price manipulation are prohibited. Company and user auctions may use review, payment hold, anti-sniping, reserve, buy-now, and dispute rules configured by admins.
Content and community
Harassment, spam, hate content, fraudulent messages, private data exposure, fake reviews, and attempts to bypass moderation are not allowed. Admins may edit, hide, archive, suspend, or remove content when needed for safety or compliance.
Enforcement
Possible actions include content edits, listing rejection, temporary holds, dispute review, payout delay, account limitation, seller suspension, order cancellation, refund, or legal escalation. Enforcement should be documented in admin audit logs.
